At Queens n Dolls, we pour love into every piece we send out. But if something doesn't feel quite right, we're here to make it right. Please take a moment to go through our return and exchange guidelines.

Am I Eligible to Return or Exchange?

To keep things fair and fabulous, here's what we need:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Every garment comes with a security sticker — this must not be removed
  • You must initiate the return within 10 days of receiving your order

Items That Can't Be Returned

  • Garments that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Items with a missing or tampered security sticker

We know — it's strict. But it helps us ensure hygiene, quality, and fairness for all our fashionistas.

How Do I Return Something?

It's easy — just follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at queensdesk@queensndolls.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange
  3. Once approved, we'll share the return instructions — ship it back to us with love

Exchanging an Item

If you've received a wrong or defective item, we've got you covered!

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the item/size
